I’ve bought an Inner Balance Scan 2 through your website. After all the installation process, when I try to open the Inner balance Scan Software the following message appears on the screen: "Binit.dll is not register". What should I do to solve this problem?

This message appears if program was installed without administrative rights. Please, uninstall IBS 2.0 and then follow the instruction:
1. Open CD folder with IBS 2.0 installation.
2. Click right button on setupe.exe file.
3. Select Run as option in pop-up menu.
4. Select user name Administrator.
5. Enter administrator’s password and click Ok button.
6. Install the program follow the instructions.
