Hello!
We'll use the Heart Rhythm Scanner 3.0 with the biocom 1500 Device....but it doesn't work.
It is connected to our laptop and after starting the software, choosing the Test etc. and clicking on "Start" --> "Biocom Device is not detected" -error message.
By the way: Is it possible to import hrv-database-files in Version 3.0?

Hello Christian,
Unfortunately the Heart Rhythm Scanner 3.0 does not support Biocom 1500 device. It was discontinued several years ago and was replaced by Biocom 3000. Now we sell Biocom 4000 already. However HRS 3.0 supports Biocom 3000 as well.
We can offer you an upgrade to Biocom 4000 if you wish.
Yes we plan to release a special utility program to migrate data from HRS 2.0 to HRS 3.0 and from HRS SE to HRS 3.0.
